Camp hours are 9:00am – 4:00pm.

Camp runs from Monday to Friday with Early Drop Off between 8AM-9AM (additional $30 per week) and late arrival between 4PM-5PM (additional fee $30 per week).

We reserve the right to change locations, to change or cancel a week of camp.

Girls and boys ages 4yrs (already completed the first year of kindergarten) – 12yrs.

We are committed to providing a fun-filled camp day while keeping the safety of our campers and staff our top priority.

Here are some important guidelines:

Camper Groups

• Each group will be capped at 10 campers and will have 1 staff member with them

Drop Off and Pick Up

• Drop off is available starting at 9:00am and pick up at 4:00pm.
• Camp counsellors will being doing camper sign in for the morning and sign out at the end of the day. Please do not leave your child in the morning until the camp counsellor has signed your child in and please do not leave with your child until the camp counsellor has signed out your child.

Lunch, Snacks, and Drinks

• We have a no food sharing policy. Campers will not be allowed to share food
• All food and drink must arrive with the camper at drop-off and cannot be dropped off throughout the day
• There is no access to a water fountain throughout the day, we will not be able to provide water for any campers throughout the day either. Please make sure to send as much water as your child will need for the entire day

Registration Information 

• • Registration is done online through our website smallballers.ca
  • Payment in full is required at time of registration

• • We cannot hold any spots for camps

• • There are NO credits or refunds for any missed days

• • We have a NO REFUND policy

• • If you have to withdrawal from camp, a $60 plus tax fee will be charged if you withdrawal before April 30, 2024. No refunds if you withdrawal after May 1, 2024.

• Please remember that we must stick to our registration and no refund policy. No exceptions!

• • Please respect these rules. They are important for safety and better learning:

    • • Small Ballers indoor facilities are Nut-Free Facilities. Please help us ensure the safety of all of our campers. Do not bring any nut products to camp such as peanuts, almonds, etc

    
    

    • • Small Ballers reserves the right to combine or cancel classes, temporarily or permanently, without advance notice. Camp counsellors are subject to change without notice.

    
    

    • • Small Ballers reserves the right to cancel camp. We reserve the right change the camp. We reserve the right to change locations of the camp.

    
    

    • • Refunds or credits are not provided for missed days

    
    

    • • Do not bring valuables to camp. Small Ballers is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

    
    

    • • Small Ballers is not responsible for supervising campers before or after the camp day times. Parents who are late will be charges $1/minute that they are late.

    
    

    • • Everyone at Small Ballers is expected to be respectful.

    
    

    • • At the discretion of the camp counsellor, a camper may be asked to leave the class.

    
    

    • • No one is to leave the premise, area, indoor space or outdoor space without permission.

    
    

    • • No gum will be permitted.

    
    

    • • Please make sure that your children clean up after themselves.

    
    

    • • No running in the indoor areas.

    
    

    • Campers will listen and stay with the camp counsellor and camp group at all times throughout the camp day.

• • Parents/Guardians agree to abide and respect all Policies and Procedures set forth by Small Ballers.

• • Parents/Guardians recognize that Small Ballers camps operate in the safest manner by Camp Counsellors. Parents/Guardians agree that their child/children are in good physical condition to participate in sports and fitness classes and will disclose all pertinent medical information, allergies, and/or injuries.

• • Parent/Guardians agree to partner with Small Ballers Staff to resolve behavioural issues immediately.

• • Parents/Guardians are expected to respect all Small Ballers and families.

• Parents/Guardians understand that it is their responsibility to locate lost items
