Small Ballers' Policies

Please respect these rules. They are important for safety and better learning:

  • Small Ballers camp locations are Nut-Free. Please help us ensure the safety of all of our campers. Do not bring any nut products to camp such as peanuts, almonds, etc.
  • Small Ballers reserves the right to combine or cancel classes, groups and locations, temporarily or permanently, without advance notice. Camp counsellors are subject to change without notice.
  • Small Ballers reserves the right to cancel camp. We reserve the right change the camp. We reserve the right to change locations of the camp.
  • Refunds or credits are not provided for missed days
  • Do not bring valuables to camp. Small Ballers is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
  • Small Ballers is not responsible for supervising campers before or after the camp day times
  • Everyone at Small Ballers is expected to be respectful.
  • At the discretion of the camp counsellor, a camper may be asked to leave the class. 
  • No one is to leave the premise, area, indoor space or outdoor space without permission. 
  • No gum will be permitted.  
  • Please make sure that your children clean up after themselves.
  • No running in the indoor areas. 
  • Campers will listen and stay with the camp counsellor and camp group at all times throughout the camp day.

Parent/Guardian Code of Conduct

  • Parents/Guardians agree to abide and respect all Policies and Procedures set forth by Small Ballers.
  • Parents/Guardians recognize that Small Ballers camps operate in the safest manner by Camp Counsellors. Parents/Guardians agree that their child/children are in good physical condition to participate in sports and fitness classes and will disclose all pertinent medical information, allergies, and/or injuries.
  • Parent/Guardians agree to partner with Small Ballers Staff to resolve behavioral issues immediately.
  • Parents/Guardians are expected to respect all Small Ballers and families.
  • Parents/Guardians understand that it is their responsibility to locate lost items  

Camper Code of Conduct

  • Campers are expected to demonstrate respect for all Small Ballers staff and other campers at all times.
  • Campers are expected to focus, pay attention and listen to the camp counsellors
  • Campers must treat the groups, the premises, and the possessions of Small Ballers and all other campers with respect, care, and consideration.
  • Campers are expected to clean up after themselves and any mess that they create while at camp
  • Small Ballers has a strict no bullying policy, bullying will not be tolerated

If the following has not been completed by any participant’s family that participant may not be permitted into the program until such time it  has been completed. As outlined at registration, all Policies must be accepted to participate in the Small Ballers Programs.

I hereby grant permission to Small Ballers to take photographs and videos of my child. I also authorize the use of these photographs on social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, and website, for promotional and marketing purposes. This authorization is given voluntarily, and I understand that no compensation will be provided for the use of these images.

All cancellation requests received prior to March 31, 2025 are subject to a full refund

All cancellation requests received as of April 1, 2025 are subject to a $100 cancellation fee per camper.

No refunds will be made for any cancellations made after June 15, 2025.

If written cancellation is made to the registration office within 14 days of camp starting, consideration will only be given to either switching weeks OR a camp credit.

No refunds will be provided once camp has started for any reason.

There are no refunds given due to bad weather.

Refunds or credits will not be provided for days that a camper does not attend camp for any reason.

Any changes to your registered weeks of camp (i.e. switch to another week) are subject to a $15 fee per occurrence.
